Your account is for your individual use. Keep credentials private and notify Unique Credit Restoration if you believe access has been compromised.
Information and education
Portal content supports your credit restoration experience and financial education. It does not guarantee a specific score change, deletion, approval, or financial outcome.
Human-reviewed support
UCR may use internal organizational and decision-support tools to help authorized staff prepare, review, document, and coordinate service. These tools do not replace human judgment, qualified professional advice, or required approvals.
Accurate participation
Provide complete and accurate information, review requested documents, and respond to time-sensitive actions so your specialist can support your plan.
Service communications
Account, security, document, and progress communications may be delivered through the portal and verified contact methods.
